Marisa Roque Loureiro

Marisa R. holds a diverse background in innovation and project management, currently serving as Innovation Lead at Grupo Ageas Portugal since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Programs team and managing various internal and open innovation initiatives. Prior roles encompass Innovation Programs Manager and Specialist, successfully coordinating multiple innovation programs and events. Before this, Marisa gained experience in strategic marketing and consulting through positions at C2C-NewCap, ideiaLab, and Flow Portugal, among others. Marisa's earlier career features roles in communication and production, complemented by a strong academic foundation including an MBA from The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova and studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and Universidade de Coimbra.
