Wolfgang Harten

Wolfgang Harten is an experienced executive currently serving as the General Manager and COO of Grupo Almar Ecuador since May 2021, overseeing key support functions including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Projects, and IT. Prior to this role, Harten was the General Manager at IMAN, responsible for full P&L across four Central American countries, and held the position of Director of Strategy and Business Development at Adelca, leading business development and marketing initiatives. Harten's career includes managerial roles at A.T. Kearney, Consorcio Nobis, and the Analysis Group, where economic and strategic analysis was a focus. Harten also contributed to the International Monetary Fund as a Research Assistant. Education credentials include an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
