Extensive experience in the Management of High Technology projects in the Nuclear and IT sector.

Creator of various online applications such as REGISOFT, Cybermillonario, Multisports and Digital Medical History.In the Academic aspect, he is a Bachelor of Electronics, Bachelor of Naval Sciences, Nuclear Engineering (MIT), Master of Science (MIT), Specialist in High Technology Project Management, Postgraduate in Economics. Postgraduate professor at various universities. He has given talks and conferences for many years. He was the representative of Venezuela before the International Atomic Energy Agency.
