Rafael Calderón

Rafael Calderón is an experienced professional in the wine industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Grupo Avinea since October 2023. Previously, Rafael held various leadership positions, including CEO at Bodegas Bianchi and Bodega RIGLOS, where significant domestic and international expansion initiatives were executed. Rafael was also a key member of the board of directors at Bodegas de Argentina and held multiple strategic roles at DIAGEO Latin America & Caribbean, overseeing wine marketing and commercial strategies across several countries. An educational background includes an Executive Program in Finance from IAE Business School and an Engineering Degree in Agri Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana.
