Borja Herreras Anzola serves as the Director of Marketing for the Bread Category at Grupo Bimbo since September 2017, overseeing multiple brands and leading strategic vision and innovation in various bread sub-categories. With prior roles at Grupo Bimbo as Senior Marketing Manager and Brand Manager, Borja has driven product development and successful launches, such as Bimbo Rapiditas and Bimbo Sin Gluten, while managing P&L and marketing strategies. Borja's earlier experience includes positions at Unilever where responsibilities encompassed brand management for Ligeresa and Hellmann's, focusing on long-term strategy and innovation execution. Borja holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Deusto, complemented by various specialized marketing programs including a Mobile Marketing postgraduate and an Executive Development program.
