German Rothemund

German Rothemund possesses extensive experience in infrastructure management and technology systems, currently serving as the EMEA Infrastructure Director and previously as the Iberia Infrastructure Director at Grupo Bimbo since June 2017. Prior to this role, German held various positions at Bakery Donuts Iberia from November 2001 to June 2017, including Responsable de Tecnología y Sistemas and IT Project Leader, focusing on infrastructure projects and technology solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as Ingeniero de Redes, Sistemas y Seguridad, handling communication networks and security management. German began a career in systems technology with Infogroup sistemas S.A. from June 1998 to November 2001 as a Técnico de Sistemas, specializing in server installations and network administration. German holds a degree in Ingenieria Técnica en Telecomunicaciones, Telematica from Escola Universitaria Politecnica de Mataró, awarded in 2004.
