Previous roles include Senior Director of Bakehouse Marketing and Director of Marketing Innovation and Strategy at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where Jill was instrumental in transforming marketing teams and driving strategic growth. Prior experience includes serving as President of Bright Cactus LLC, a brand strategy firm, and roles at Frito-Lay, Eli Lilly and Company, Enron, and Cargill. Jill holds a BBA in Business Management/Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
