Juan Muldoon

Juan Muldoon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and talent management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Grupo Bimbo since January 2015, Juan leads the people strategy processes and is a member of the Steering Committee. Previously, Juan held various key positions including Vice President of Global HR Development, Vice President of Talent Management at Bimbo Bakeries USA, and President of Bimbo Bakeries USA. With a solid foundation in management developed through roles in both financial administration and international business development, Juan has a demonstrated history of improving corporate culture and performance management. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Management from Universidad Iberoamericana and ongoing studies in Finance at Southern Methodist University.
