Maria Fernanda Truccolo

Maria Fernanda Truccolo has over 23 years of experience in the hospitality and corporate sectors, currently serving as Compensation and Benefits Leader at Grupo Bimbo since August 2007. Previous positions include roles in the Human Resources department of Bimbo de Argentina and as an Assistant Director. Prior to Grupo Bimbo, Maria worked at HVS in consulting and valuations and was the Front Desk Manager at Sheraton Pilar Hotel & Convention Center. Maria holds a degree in Tourism and Human Resources from Universidad del Salvador and completed an Executive Project Management program at Capacitarte. Currently, Maria is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management at Universidad de Belgrano, expected to be completed in December 2024.
