Sylvain Edelberg

Sylvain Edelberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics, innovation, and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Director of Data, Analytics, and AI at Grupo Bimbo since October 2017, Sylvain oversees the development of critical data solutions that drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
