Jeniffer Dias serves as the Implementation Success Team Leader at Gupy since January 2021, overseeing client onboarding and the implementation of the Admissão product, while ensuring effective tool setup and reporting on success milestones. Previously, Jeniffer held various managerial roles including Manager at Casa Freitas and General Manager at Lojas Americanas, where responsibilities encompassed commercial and operational management, team development, KPI tracking, and budget oversight. Jeniffer began the career with an internship that focused on managerial preparation at Lojas Americanas and gained early experience in production planning and control at Houston Bike do Nordeste S/A, demonstrating a capacity for process optimization and cost management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Piauí and an MBA in Business Management from Faculdade Maurício de Nassau.
