Paulla Freire

Paulla Freire is a logistics specialist currently working at Grupo Boticário as an Especialista Logística I since August 2023. Previously, Paulla held the position of Logistics Intelligence Analyst III at Automalógica from July 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included supporting the Product Owner, managing schedules, creating performance reports, and facilitating team ceremonies. Paulla has also worked as a Systems Specialist and Systems Analyst, focusing on customer engagement, solution development, and metrics monitoring using various tools. Early career experiences include internships at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories and Eletrobras, where Paulla engaged in engineering projects and maintenance reporting. Paulla Freire holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá and is pursuing an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Anhanguera Educacional, expected to be completed in May 2025.
