Viviane Oliveira has extensive experience in recruitment and selection within the human resources field, currently serving as a Junior and then Pleno Analyst at Grupo Carrefour Brasil since June 2020. Viviane's responsibilities include job profile assessment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting individual and group interviews, as well as internal selection processes. Prior to this, Viviane worked at Grupo Big Brasil from June 2020 to June 2022, focusing on recruitment and selection for various store positions across Brazil.
