Claudia Pereira has extensive experience in the field of human resources, currently serving as Diretora and Gestora de Consultores at Cia de Talentos since January 2007, overseeing the management of the consulting team. Previously, Claudia held the position of Gerente de RH and Consultora at the same company from September 1999 to December 2005, focusing on recruitment, selection of young talents, and behavioral training. Claudia Pereira holds a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1989-1994) and has completed a Personal and Professional Coaching course at Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching in 2011, specializing in People Management.
