Mateus Quelhas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation, innovation, and growth marketing. Currently serving as a Partner and Director of Business Transformation at ACE Cortex since October 2018, Mateus also holds board member positions at Cia de Talentos and Trope. As an MBA Professor in Innovation Management at UFSCar, Mateus imparts knowledge on innovation strategies. Prior roles include mentorship at Gama Academy, Growth and Marketing Manager at Evnts, and Project Coordinator at Portcrom Industrial e Comercial Ltda., demonstrating a strong track record in driving company growth through strategic initiatives. Mateus holds a Masters of Science in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield School of Management and degrees in Food Engineering and Food Science from Oniris Nantes and USP, respectively.
