Estela Torres

Estela Torres currently serves as an Assistente de RH at Grupo Dass since April 2023, after holding the position of Recepcionista. Previously, Estela worked at Grupo Technos S/A from October 2019 to May 2022 as a Gerente, where responsibilities included team management and store operations. Estela is a co-founder and manager of Hollywood Café, which started in March 2001, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills from a young age and managing various aspects of the business, including team training and customer service. Estela holds a degree in Gastronomy and Food Service Management from Unisinos and a degree in Pedagogy from Anhanguera Educacional. Estela is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at IERGS/UNIASSELVI, expected to complete in November 2024.
