Paula Nogueira

Paula Nogueira has extensive work experience in the legal field. Paula began their career as a Lawyer/Trainee at Pires de Oliveira Dias & Cipullo Advogados in 1998, where they worked until 2003. Paula then worked as a Corporate Legal Advisor at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services from 2003 to 2005, followed by a role as Legal Counsel at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG from 2005 to 2006. From 2007 to 2013, Paula worked as a Corporate Associate at Baptista Luz Advogados, and from 2013 to 2018 they held the same role at Franco Advogados.

In 2018, they joined Vigor as the General Legal Counsel until 2020, when they became the Head of Legal. During their time at Vigor, Paula also served as the Vice President at ABIA | Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Alimentos from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Paula is the Executive Legal Director at Grupo Edson Queiroz, a role they have held since December 2023.

Paula Nogueira's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Paulista in 2002. Paula pursued further education and received a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2013, and another LLM in Capital Market from Ibmec in 2005. In 2019, they completed a Curso de Especialização in Compliance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Currently, from 2020 to 2023, Paula is attending Harvard Business School for a degree in Harvard Manage Mentor. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Ability to Execute (A2E) Essentials from McKinsey & Company in 2021, and they are also certified as a Harvard Manage Mentor. Paula has upcoming certifications in 2023, which include being a speaker at Fenalaw and obtaining a Professional High Performance Certificate from InteliJur - Inteligência Jurídica.
