Miguel Paredes

Miguel Paredes is a Geological Engineer with over 10 years of international experience in various engineering roles. Currently, Miguel serves as the R&D and Innovation Manager at Grupo Elsamex, where Miguel develops and implements innovative resources, procedures, and tools across all departments. Prior to their current role, Miguel worked as a Tunnel Project Manager for IL&FS.Grupo Elsamex and Subterra Ingenieria, specializing in civil engineering projects such as road tunnels, hydropower, mining, and high-speed railway. Miguel also has experience in technical support for blasting at MAXAM in Australia. Miguel graduated from Universidad Complutense de Madrid with a degree in Geological Engineering.
