Cesar Carneiro

Cesar Carneiro, ITIL V3, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and project leadership. Currently serving as Gerente Operação de TI at Grupo Energisa since March 2015, Cesar is responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of systems and information security. Previous roles include Team Leader/Project Manager at Grupo Energisa, where Cesar led development teams and implemented agile methodologies, and Gerente de Projetos through COOPERI, overseeing multiple project implementations. Prior to these positions, Cesar held significant roles at MRS Logística S.A. and Vale, focusing on project management and systems administration. With a Master’s degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense and further education in business management and teaching, Cesar possesses a robust academic foundation to complement a diverse career spanning over three decades.
