Beatriz Vila Moran is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership, currently serving as the Country Manager for Mexico and Chief People, Communication & Sustainability Officer at Ferrer since July 2018. Prior roles include Chief People, Communication & Sustainability Officer and Chief of Staff at Alexza, as well as People Director at Chiesi España from December 2011 to July 2018, where significant accomplishments included defining and implementing a People Strategy aligned with business objectives. Beatriz has also held leadership positions as HR Manager at GE Money Bank and Jotun, where notable achievements involved developing HR practices and leading cultural change initiatives. Additionally, Beatriz served as President of Foro de RRHH- Foment del Treball from January 2016 to January 2019. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Esade and recent completion of the Senior Executive Program at Stanford University.
