Ali Fathi

R&D Senior Scientist at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics

Ali Fathi has a strong background in scientific research and developmental biology. Ali worked as an R&D Senior Scientist at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics from October 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they held roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, including Scientist from February 2019 to October 2019 and Postdoctoral Research Scientist from March 2016 to February 2019. Ali also worked as a Developmental Biologist at the Royan Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Technology from February 2014 to March 2016. Ali completed their phD in developmental biology at the University of Science and Culture in Tehran, Iran, from February 2008 to January 2014. Additionally, Ali worked as a Researcher at the Royan Institute from February 2005 to 2008.

Ali Fathi pursued their education in various institutions and fields. From 1999 to 2003, they attended the University of Tehran, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy and Crop Science. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Zanjan from 2003 to 2005 and successfully completed their Master's Degree in Biotechnology. After a gap in their educational journey, in the year 2008, Ali Fathi joined the Royan Institute, where they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Developmental Biology and Embryology, which they successfully completed in 2013.
