Arcelly Gutiérrez

Arcelly Gutiérrez is a highly experienced professional in the fields of tax and legal advisory, holding the position of Socia Directora de Tax & Legal at SFAI PERU since September 2022. Gutiérrez has been a member of BNI Peru since September 2019 and serves as Asesor Fiscal at both RIPCONCIV CIA. LTDA. and Grupo Flesan, roles established in July 2021 and January 2020, respectively. As the Socio Fundador of Ore, Arce & Asociados since January 2016 and Socia Principal at Gutierrez & Asociados since January 2019, Gutiérrez demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previous experience includes a role as Orientadora Tributaria at SUNAT from June 2005 to December 2012. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Derecho Tributario from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, complemented by a Bachiller in Contabilidad y Finanzas from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and a specialization program in tax law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
