Francisco Herrero

Francisco Herrero has extensive experience in the human resources field, holding various senior positions in notable companies. Francisco worked as a Corporate Human Resources Director at FREIXENET since 2006. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Director at FORD from 2002 to 2006, where they had responsibilities related to labor relations, training, and development. Before joining FORD, they served as the General Manager of Human Resources at Mercedes-Benz Careers International from 2000 to 2002. Francisco also worked as a Human Resources, Legal, and PR Director at Boehringer Ingelheim from 1996 to 2000 and as a Human Resources Director for Spain and Portugal at DuPont from 1992 to 1996.

Francisco Herrero obtained a degree in Law from Autonona de Barcelona from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Education & Science from Autonoma de Barcelona from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, they received training as an EXECUTIVE COACH / TEAM COACH (ORSC) from AUGERE-ICF. Francisco also earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from EADA Business School.
