Misael San Miguel has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the E-Commerce Director for Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe S. A. B. de C.V. since November 2008. In this role, Misael manages e-commerce for a portfolio of 23 hotels, including 15 Krystal properties located in various destinations such as Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, and Mexico City, as well as additional hotel brands like Hilton and Hyatt. Prior to this position, Misael was the Director of Sales at El Cozumeleño Hotel & Resort from August 2007 to November 2008.
