PATRICIA MONTORO MEYAUI

Patricia Montoro Meyaui has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. PATRICIA is currently working as the Head of People & Talent at IBG Illice Brands Group, a position they have held since November 2021. In 2021, they also worked as an independent consultant, providing guidance and support to companies in talent management, effective leadership, job search assistance, interim management, and executive coaching.

Prior to this, Patricia Montoro Meyaui served as a guest lecturer at UA - Universidad de Alicante / Universitat d'Alacant, where they contributed to the Programa Mejora tu Inserción Laboral and the COACH PROGRAMA FACTORIA DE DESARROLLO, both focused on assisting students and graduates in their career development and job search process.

Their previous experience also includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Instituto Bernabeu, where they managed a team of over 200 employees across 8 locations. PATRICIA was responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing work protocols, managing absenteeism, optimizing HR processes, and standardizing methods for middle management.

Before that, Patricia Montoro Meyaui held the position of Director of HR at Catral Garden & Home Depot, where they oversaw HR operations. PATRICIA also worked as the HR People Development Director at Pavigym, handling personnel management, process control, procedure development, selection processes, and training implementation.

Their earlier experiences include working as an Office Administrator at Sportgolf, a Recruitment Specialist at Blinker España, and an HR Intern at Grupo Constant.
