Jorge Alberto Rada Garza

Jorge Rada is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Grupo Industrial Saltillo and CEO of Draxton since January 2023. Rada's tenure at Grupo Industrial Saltillo includes roles as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Global Managing Director for Draxton and GIS Automotive, specializing in powertrain and safety iron parts. Prior to this, Rada worked at Nemak from 1991 to April 2016, holding various leadership positions including Business Unit Director for Commercial and Supply Chain Management in Asia, VP of Administration and Business Development for BRICs, and CEO of Nemak South America. Early career experience includes a role at Alfa in 1990-1991. Rada holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
