Javier Serrano Lopez

Javier Serrano Lopez possesses extensive experience in railway project management, currently serving as Gerente de Area de Proyectos de Señalizacion y ATP at INECO since May 2007. In this role, Javier is responsible for managing and coordinating signaling projects related to interlocking systems and ATPs, which are essential for train protection. Prior to this position, Javier held the title of Jefe Departamento at INECO-TIFSA from May 2005 to May 2007. Javier holds a degree in I.T. Telecommunications with a focus on Electronic Equipment from the EUIT Telecomunicaciones at the Politecnica de Madrid, completed between 1978 and 1983.
