Jeferson Vinhas Ferreira, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently, they serve as the CEO at Grupo Integrado and as the Vice-Reitor at Centro Universitário Integrado. Previously, they held positions such as Vice-Presidente at FinancIES and Vice-Presidente at IBEF Paraná. Jeferson also worked as a Professor de MBA at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, an Avaliador educacional at Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira - INEP, and a Professor Universidade Corporativa at Semesp. Jeferson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2002. Jeferson then pursued further specialization, earning an MBA in Business Management from the FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2006. In 2007, Jeferson completed a post-graduate program in Corporate Controlling and Finance from the Universidade Federal de Lavras.

To deepen their expertise, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from PUC Minas between 2009 and 2011. Jeferson'sacademic journey continued with a doctoral program in Business Administration from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, where they graduated in 2017 with a degree known as "Doutorado." This extensive academic pursuit culminated in their achievement of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Entrepreneurial University from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg in 2015.

Continuing to stay current in their field, Jeferson will be attending the IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa in 2023 for the "Formação de Conselheiro de Administração" program, specializing in Corporate Governance.
