Luiz Dias has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Luiz began their career at Michelin in 1999 as a Senior Manager of Systems and Integration for South America. Luiz then joined IBM in 2008 as a CIO, Senior Delivery Project Executive for TAM Linhas Aéreas. After that, they served as the CIO of Brasif, where they led the implementation of the Loungerie stores and oversaw the Information Technology transformation across the group. In 2013, they became an Executive Director at Construtora Calper, where they reorganized and transformed various areas of the company, resulting in cost reduction and increased efficiency. Luiz later took on the role of CEO at Ultrapel Locação e Serviços, where they were responsible for business transformation and strategic planning. Luiz also served as a Board Advisor for TDNA Consultoria and Frescatto Company. Finally, they joined the MICHELIN Connected Fleet in 2019 as an Executive Director responsible for Products and Technology, and currently, they are working as the IT Director at Grupo José Alves.

Luiz Dias has a diverse education history. In 1984 to 1988, they obtained an Engineer's degree from UERJ, specializing in Systems and Computer Engineering. Luiz then pursued further education and completed an MBA in Business and IT Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1999 to 2000.

In 2007, Luiz completed a course in Project Management (PMI) at Dinsmore Associates. Later, in 2013 to 2014, they attended Ibmec, where they focused on Football Management in the 21st century.

Continuing their interest in football, Luiz enrolled in the Football Management course at CBF ACADEMY in 2019.

Expanding their knowledge in the field of business, Luiz completed an MBA in Real Estate Development and Construction Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2014 to 2016.

Most recently, in 2021, Luiz became a Board Member Advisor after studying Corporate Governance at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.
