Sebastian Perlini is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in executive chef roles, currently serving as Chef Ejecutivo at Grupo L since July 2019. Previously, Sebastian held the same position at Compass Group until November 2023 and at Dandy-bar @& grill in Buenos Aires from November 2013 to July 2019.
