Pedro Urow Schifter

Pedro Urow Schifter is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background in logistics, distribution, and operations management across multiple companies in the food and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as VP Cadena de Suministro at Grupo Lala since September 2024, Pedro previously held the position of Vice President Supply Chain at Danone, overseeing operations for various product categories in Mexico. Before that, Pedro was VP Supply Chain at Bonafont and held key roles at 3M, including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Supply Chain Director. Early career experience includes significant positions at Danone and Procter & Gamble, where Pedro managed production operations and contributed to the development of raw materials. Pedro holds a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
