Jorge Luis Ramos is the Director of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at GRUPO LAMOSA, S. A. Previously, Ramos worked as the International Legal Manager at Alfa Corporativo and as an Associate at Quinn Emanuel. Jorge Luis also served as a Corporate Law Associate and Law Clerk at SANTAMARINA Y STETA. Ramos holds a Master Degree in Law and Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad de Monterrey. Additionally, Jorge Luis has a German Language Certificate from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
