Juan Paulo Fiori

Juan Paulo Fiori is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in inventory management, operations leadership, and process engineering. Currently serving as the Implementaciones Warehouse and Jefe de Inventarios at Andreani Grupo Logístico since June 2011, Juan Paulo oversees the inventory management of three medicinal logistics warehouses with over 28,000 positions. Previous roles include Jefe de Operaciones, leading a team of 15 supervisors and 205 operators, and Ingeniero Sr. de Procesos, responsible for operational methodology implementation and project evaluation. Prior experience includes roles as Analista de Costos at Ford Motor Company, Consultor Logístico at Planifi-k, and Ingeniero de Procesos at GEFCO. Juan Paulo holds a postgraduate degree in Logistics from Universidad de Belgrano and an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
