Alberto Vazquez Lopez

Alberto Vazquez Lopez has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Alberto started their career in 1993 at Telefónica de España, where they worked in network deployment and later joined the Unisource Integration Program. In 1998, they became the Presales Engineering Manager, overseeing the development of complex customer projects and providing technical support for enterprise bids. In 2000, they transitioned to the role of Head of Service Engineering for Enterprises, responsible for special customer projects, technical support, and product development. From 2009 to 2016, Alberto served as the Customer Service & Operations Director for Multinational Accounts at Telefónica Global Solutions, leading a team that served multinational corporations and streamlining processes for service delivery. Alberto also held interim management roles, including Director of Operations for Peru After Sales Service at Fractalia and Director of Operations for the B2B Segment and Director of Technology for Enterprise at MÁSMÓVIL. Additionally, Alberto worked as an Associate Professor of Digital Customer Service at EOI Escuela de Organización Industrial.

Alberto Vazquez Lopez attended the Instituto Ramiro de Maeztu from 1975 to 1986, where they obtained their COU & Bachillerato Superior degree. Alberto then pursued their degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1986 to 1992. Later, in 2004 and 2005, they attended IE Business School, earning an MBA with a major in an unspecified field of study.
