Paolo Peláez Castillo has a strong background in real estate development and project management. Paolo started their career as the Director General at APC Building and Construction SA de CV in 1997, where they stayed until 2006. Paolo then worked at GICSA as the Subdirector Técnico y Subdirector de Proyectos from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they joined Artha Capital as the Director de Proyectos from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they held positions at both Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts and Grupo Mexicano de Desarrollo (GMD), serving as the Director Desarrollo Inmobiliario for both companies. At GMD, they were also the Real Estate Director. Paolo's work experience includes managing and overseeing the development, construction, and operation of various projects, such as hotels, residential properties, commercial centers, and casinos. Paolo is experienced in financing, project evaluation, and creating financial models. Their experience spans across different sectors, including senior living homes and hospitals.

Paolo Peláez Castillo pursued their education from various institutions over the years. From 1990 to 1994, they attended Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Their field of study during this time focused on real estate development, construction, and structures.

In 2004 to 2005, Paolo completed a Diploma in Real Estate Project Development at the same university.

Later, Paolo embarked on acquiring a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas McCombs School of Business, starting in 2011 and graduating in 2013. Their MBA specialization was in general business administration and management.

Additionally, Paolo Peláez Castillo earned a certification as a Project Manager from ESCALA® APP® in January 2009.
