Roberto Mira's work experience includes roles at various companies in different industries. Roberto started their career as a Trainee at Ternium, where they gained experience in process mapping, ERP implementation, project management, and customer service. Roberto then worked at London Consulting Group as a Business Process Consultant, focusing on diagnosing and improving business processes for companies in Latin America and the US. After that, they joined Liverpool as a Senior Business Consultant. At Softtek, they held the positions of Senior Project Manager and Service Manager for Hewlett Packard, where they implemented PMO practices, managed program resources, and drove project management activities. Roberto then moved on to SecApp, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and financials and developing new business strategies. Most recently, they worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev, first as a Transformation & Continuous Improvement Manager and then as a Strategy & Finance PMO Manager and Strategy & Finance Projects Director. In their roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, they contributed to financial engineering initiatives, led strategic projects, and implemented process improvements. Currently, they are serving as the Strategic Supply Director at Grupo México.
Roberto Mira completed a Global MBA from Esden Business School in the year 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Quality Control from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2009 to 2011. Roberto also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Roberto has obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn in various fields such as coaching, finance, leadership, and project management.
