Ruben Monge

Ruben Monge is a seasoned mining operations professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Jefe de Operaciones Mina at Grupo Minero Bonanza since July 2019, Ruben Monge previously held the position of Jefe de zona/Asistente de Superintendente Mina at Minera Bateas S.A.C from April 2015 to April 2019, where responsibilities included executing mining plans and optimizing resources through cost control and KPI tracking. Prior to that, Ruben Monge worked at Minas Arirahua S.A. in various roles, including Superintendente de Mina and Asistente de Super. de Mina, focusing on mining operations and production planning from July 2009 to March 2015. Earlier career experience includes serving as Jefe de Sección and Residente de Obra at multiple engineering firms between March 2007 and February 2007, emphasizing resource management and cost control. Ruben Monge holds a degree in Geology from UNDAC and is an active member of the IIMP.
