Laura Diaz Fresno

Laura L. Aylward, MBA, currently serves as the Director of the Debt Investment Group at Kennedy Wilson, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Aylward worked at Pacific Western Bank from April 2019 to August 2023 as Vice President and Senior Loan Officer, following the acquisition of CapitalSource, where Aylward also held the title of Vice President and Senior Loan Officer from October 2018 to April 2019. Aylward's extensive experience includes six years at Capital One as Assistant Vice President in the Commercial & Specialty Finance division and nearly nine years at Textron Financial, where roles included Senior Loan Underwriter and Senior Loan Administrator. Aylward earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
