Sergio Feres Favi

Sergio Feres Favi is an experienced architect and manager specializing in urban development and construction. Currently serving at Grupo Patio since August 2021 in multiple managerial roles, including Gerente de Arquitectura y Construcción, Sergio previously held general management positions at Inmobiliaria Walker Martinez, Inmobiliaria e Inversiones Senior Assist Chile S.A., and Sociedad de Inversiones Araucana SPA. With a strong background in urban rehabilitation, Sergio coordinated significant urban improvement projects at the Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Sergio founded and managed construction firms, leading numerous architectural projects throughout their career. Sergio holds a degree in architecture from Universidad de Chile and a diploma in strategy and business management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
