Daniela Camolês

Daniela Camolês has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Daniela has worked as a Head of People & Culture at Plin Condomínios, LogComex, and Consulta Remédios. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the people and culture aspects of the organizations. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Olist, where they developed strategies for employee development, performance, career, and engagement. Daniela also implemented projects for competency development and leadership skills. Prior to that, Daniela worked at Nossa Gestão de Pessoas as an Analyst and Assistant for Recruitment and Selection, where they conducted recruitment activities such as screening resumes, conducting interviews, and applying and correcting tests. Daniela started their career as an intern at Fundação Iniciativa and Instituto do Rim do Paraná, where they gained experience in working with children in shelters and providing support to chronically ill patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Daniela Camolês has a diverse education history. In 2009 to 2014, they attended FACEL, where they studied Psychology. Following that, in 2018, Daniela attended Hansa Language Centre in Toronto, Canada, where they focused on studying English. Simultaneously, they also attended Act Coaching - Escola Superior de Coaching during the same year. In 2021, Daniela enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a post-graduation course specializing in Project Management, which they completed in 2022.
