Gian Henrique Pozzobon

Gian Henrique Pozzobon serves as the Head of Technology at Grupo Plin since June 2020, leading a multidisciplinary team in developing and implementing innovative technological solutions aligned with the company's strategy. Previous roles include Tech Lead and Full Stack Developer, where Gian focused on creating systems for condominium management, enhancing processes, and ensuring optimal platform functionality. Prior experience includes an internship at Universidade Positivo's Center for Development of Information Technology, where Gian contributed to both software and hardware solutions, and an earlier internship at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná, providing administrative support. Gian holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Positivo, completed in December 2022.
