Thales Athalimar has extensive experience in operational management and supply chain logistics within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as COO and Director of Operations at Grupo Pratagy since July 2017, Thales previously held various positions including General Manager and Operational Manager. Prior roles encompass significant experience at Holiday Inn Express, where Thales focused on supply chain management, as well as general management roles at Praiamar Natal Hotel & Convention and Pontalmar Praia Hotel. Thales also served as a Service Manager at Rifoles Praia Hotel & Resort, overseeing administrative functions and budget preparation. With an educational background including an MBA in Business Management from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Thales combines technical expertise with strategic management skills.
