Carmen Conde Salgado

Carmen Conde Salgado has extensive experience in management and engineering roles, primarily in the construction and civil engineering sectors. Since April 2014, Carmen has worked at GRUPO PUENTES, holding various positions including Jefa Unidad de Calidad y Medioambiente for the AVE Madrid-Galicia project, as well as roles in system management and studies and contracting. Prior to this, Carmen collaborated as a freelance professional with Gaelsa Ingeniería y Urbanismo on a commercial access expansion project in Pontevedra. Carmen's earlier experience includes serving as Team Leader for Technical Assistance at INCOSA, where responsibilities focused on quality control and geometric assessments, and a brief stint as a hostess at ROYPASA. Carmen holds multiple degrees in civil engineering and water engineering and has completed a postgraduate specialization in sustainability and social innovation at the Cátedra Inditex of the University of A Coruña.
