Iago Alonso-Macias Jorreto

Iago Alonso-Macias Jorreto has a comprehensive work history in the construction industry. Iago started their career as a Site Manager at Dragados SA in 2005 and continued to work in various Site Manager roles at different companies until 2007. In 2007, they joined Sacyr as a Production Manager for a brief period before moving on to work at Gestion de Proyectos 2001 as a Site Manager. From 2007 to 2012, Iago worked as a Site Manager and Project Manager at GRUPO PUENTES. Iago then progressed to the role of Senior Construction Project Manager and later as an Ingeniero Civil Residente. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Project Manager and Jefe de Obra at GRUPO PUENTES before taking on the role of Ingeniero Residente Estructural. Iago continued to progress within the company and became a Jefe de Obra again from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Iago holds the position of Senior Bridge Project Manager & Business Development Department at GRUPO PUENTES since February 2020.

Iago'sfield of study was Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician. In 2004, they also completed a Proyecto de final de carrera at The Silesian University of Technology, focusing on Fuel cells.
