Giovanni Lagares

Giovanni Lagares is an accomplished professional in the field of project management and building information modeling (BIM) with extensive experience in infrastructure and retail design. Currently serving as the Infrastructure Project Design Leader and BIM Manager at Grupo RAMOS since August 2021, Giovanni oversees a multidisciplinary team to construct and remodel supermarkets. Previously, Giovanni was the BIM Coordinator at Grupo ESTRELLA, ensuring integration and quality across various project disciplines. Earlier career roles included MEP Coordinator and Modeler at PIARCON, Junior Architect at ARQUISA, and Architectural Draftsman as a freelancer. Giovanni holds a Master's degree in Advanced Building Construction from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has pursued additional education in Agile Project Management, LEED Basics, BIM Management, and Lean Construction.
