Andrea Napolitano

Andrea Napolitano is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Andrea serves as a board member for Grupo Raymundo da Fonte and BP - A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo, and holds a position on the Marketing Board of Advisors at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. As CEO and co-founder of AKIPOSSO+, a non-profit startup focused on enhancing social inclusion through technology, Andrea demonstrates a commitment to improving living conditions in underprivileged communities. Previously, Andrea held significant positions at Natural One S/A and Gomes da Costa (Calvo Group), and excelled at PepsiCo as General Manager for various divisions. Educationally, Andrea holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
