Carlos Biedermann

Carlos Biedermann has extensive experience in audit and governance roles across various organizations. Since April 2019, Carlos has served on the Audit Committees for Banrisul, Indústrias Reunidas Raymundo da Fonte, and Moinho Paulista, while also holding an advisory position on the Board of Directors for Solar Coca-Cola and Copel - Companhia Paranaense de Energia. As the Coordinator of the Audit Committee at Grupo Cornélio Brennand since April 2017, Carlos has further demonstrated leadership in corporate governance. In addition, Carlos has been a partner at Biedermann Consulting since July 2015, specializing in corporate governance consulting and conflict mediation. Carlos's educational background includes studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, Unisinos, and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
