Mônica da Fonte Freire

Mônica da Fonte Freire currently serves as a mentor in the 5th PDeC - Diversity in Boards Program at B3, IBGC, IFC, Spencer Stuart, and WCD since October 2020. Additionally, Mônica holds the position of Vice President of the Board of Directors at Indústrias Reunidas Raymundo da Fonte since April 2013, having also served as President and a member of the Board. As the Finance and Administration Director at Elcoma Networks since 2012, Mônica brings extensive leadership experience. Mônica has practiced cardiology since June 1983. Educational qualifications include a degree in Corporate Governance from IBGC, board member training in Corporate Governance from Fundação Dom Cabral, an MBA in Hospital Administration from Universidade de Pernambuco, and a medical degree from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
