Naiara Nava

Naiara Nava has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Coordenador de RH at Grupo Santin since April 2015, where responsibilities include recruitment and selection with psychological testing, development of compensation plans, and HR performance monitoring. Previously, Naiara worked as Analista de Recursos Humanos Pleno at AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA from March 2011 to June 2014, focusing on recruitment and management of HR indicators. Early career experience included an administrative role at Qualidade em Manutenção Ferroviária from September 2008 to February 2011, handling personnel department routines. Naiara holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
