Lilian Burlim currently serves as the Total Rewards & Performance Executive Manager at GRUPO SBF, responsible for various aspects of Compensation, Benefits, People Cost, Goals & Performance, SESMT, and People Analytics while leading a team of 25 members. Prior experience includes roles as Global Total Rewards Executive at Alpargatas S.A., Global Total Rewards Executive Manager at Pernod Ricard, and Compensation Manager for Nestlé in the LATAM region. Extensive expertise in Compensation Management was also developed through positions at C&A Brasil and Avon Cosmetics. Lilian's career began in finance with positions at RR Donnelley, Bradesco, Roche, and XTPG, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of São Paulo, complemented by numerous certifications in Total Rewards, Lean Six Sigma, and Business Management.
